Spencer Grammer (born and raised in California) is Kelsey's son. Spencer Grammer was born in and raised in Los Angeles, California. She is the child of actor Kelsey Grammer. Helene Fischer was the second born child born to Peter Fischer, a businessman from the city of Peter and Maria Fischer. Her father is a physical educator and her mom is works as an engineer.
